How to Request

  • Simply snap a photo of the item and share it with us via WhatsApp or email within 24 hours.

  • Please include your order number for quicker processing.

Approval & Discretion

  • All return and refund requests will be reviewed by our team.

  • Approval is at the sole discretion of CovaMarket, taking into account the nature of the product and issue raised.

Refund Options

  • Refunds may be provided in the form of:

    • A replacement item in your next order, or

    • A refund to your original payment method.

Important Notes

  • As our products are fresh produce, we are unable to accept physical returns once delivered.

  • This policy does not cover change-of-mind requests.
