We offer a wide range of products, including:

3. How do I place an order?
All orders must be placed directly through our website at www.covamarket.com. Our sales agents and customer service line are available to assist with any inquiries you may have.
4. What are your operating hours?
We operate from 9 AM to 7 PM, Tuesday to Sunday. We are closed on Mondays.
5. How does preorders work ?
Pre-orders can only be made for next day and day after orders with 3 slots available. 9AM-12PM, 1PM-4PM and 4PM-7PM.
6. What about Ad Hoc / Quick Deliveries ?
After placing your order, your items will take 30-60 minutes to arrive at your doorstep.
7. What areas do you deliver to?
Currently, we deliver within Klang Valley. We’re expanding, so stay tuned for more locations!
8. How does your dynamic pricing work?
Our prices update in real-time based on supply, demand, and even weather conditions. This ensures you get the best deals whenever you shop.

11. How big is the food waste problem in Malaysia?
Malaysia wastes 17,000 tonnes of food every day. Out of this, 4080 tonnes come from produce and edible food that could have been consumed instead of discarded.
12. How does CovaMarket help reduce food waste?
We rescue surplus and imperfect produce before it gets thrown away or wasted. Instead of letting these fruits and vegetables go to
landfills or incineration, we deliver them directly to consumers at lower prices.
13. Why is it important to stop food from going to landfills?
When food waste decomposes in landfills, it releases methane gas, a major contributor to
climate change. If incinerated, it produces air pollutants and toxic ash, which can harm human health and the environment.
14. Why do some vegetables go out of stock?
Our model is built on surplus produce, meaning if there is no surplus, certain vegetables will not be available for sale. Availability depends on what farmers have as excess, and we restock as new surplus becomes available.
