  • "User," "you," or "your" refers to any person accessing or using our Platform, including registered and guest users.
  • "Products" refer to fresh produce, groceries, and related items available for purchase on our Platform.
  • "Order" means a request by you to purchase Products from our Platform.

By accessing, browsing, or using our Platform, you confirm that you:

  • Are at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.
  • Have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms.

4. Products and Orders


4.1 Product Information

We strive to provide accurate information, including product descriptions, pricing, and availability. However:

  • Product images are for illustration purposes only.
  • There may be slight variations in appearance due to natural differences in fresh produce.

 

Stock Availability:

  • Our produce availability depends on surplus supply. If a vegetable is sold out, it means there is no surplus at the moment. We appreciate your understanding and will update our stock as new surplus becomes available.


4.2 Placing an Order

When placing an order, you agree that:

  • All information provided is accurate and complete.
  • You are responsible for reviewing your order before submission.
  • Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase Products from us.


4.3 Order Acceptance and Cancellation

  • We reserve the right to accept or reject your order for any reason.
  • If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and issue a refund if applicable.
  • Orders may not be canceled once processed for delivery.


5. Pricing and Payment


5.1 Pricing

  • All prices are displayed in RM and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Payments are processed securely through third-party payment gateways.

  • Discounts may not be combined unless expressly stated.


6. Delivery and Shipping


6.1 Delivery Areas

          We currently deliver within Klang Valley


6.2 Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery times are 9AM-6:30PM
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • Weather Policy: In the event of heavy rain, deliveries may be delayed for the safety of our riders. In such cases, deliveries will be rescheduled to a suitable time.


6.3 Delivery Charges

  • Delivery fees will be displayed at checkout.
  • Additional charges may apply for special delivery requests.


6.4 Delivery Acceptance

  • You must ensure that someone is present to receive the delivery.
  • If no one is available, our delivery partner may leave the Products at a safe location or reschedule the delivery (additional fees may apply).


7. Returns, Refunds, and Replacements


7.1 Return Policy

Due to the perishable nature of our Products:

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, spoiled, or incorrect items.
  • You must notify us within [24 hours] of delivery.


7.2 Refunds and Replacements

  • We may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit at our discretion.
  • We guarantee fresh quality! 🌿 If you receive any spoiled vegetables, let us know within 24 hours, and we’ll replace them with your next purchase—because your satisfaction comes first.


8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Platform.
  • We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of the information on our Platform.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you for the Products purchased.

  • All content on our Platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is our property or licensed to us.
  • You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

When using our Platform, you agree not to:
