Frozen Marble Goby / Ikan Hantu / Soon Hock

We use deep freezing to keep our marble goby fresh and high-quality. This process rapidly chills the fish to ultra-low temperatures (-30°C to -50°C) before stabilizing at -18°C. By freezing it this way, we lock in the fish's natural taste and texture, so that you will get the freshest experience every time.

Fish weights varies from 0.85-1.3KG.
